We bring together a series of multi-site exhibitions and events of contemporary art and heritage displays across the town centre: View of Yeovil (May-July 2023), Sound of Yeovil (Sept-Nov 2023) and Taste of Yeovil (Jan - Mar 204), alongside online exhibition at Yeovil's Virtual Museum, an open-source digital audio/visual map and an educational programme for schools.
Funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund and working with a wide range of organisations and the University of the West of England Regional History Centre, Story of Yeovil began with engaging Yeovil's community from diverse backgrounds with creative activities, including community heritage forums, young ambassadors programme, and community workshops on creative writing and visual arts.
